Eversource Energy (formerly known as NSTAR) filed basic service electric rates with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) for the period starting January 1, 2019.
The rates are effective starting January 1, 2019 and are for the period of January 1 – June 30, 2019. The proposed electric rates (subject to DPU approval) are below, in $ per kWh. Rates include Basic Service Adders and Renewable Portfolio Standard, Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard, and Clean Energy Standard Adders:
